I am with Morkarion, it is just too far from me from the east coast and even driving isn't an option which would be preferable (wee road trip!) . and not only that, Anthrocon is a bit before it and that take a good bit of $$ as well =\ and that one …so long as there isn't 6 inches of snow on the road any time just pick a date!

IF it is not custom when you buy it, you likely can customize it for an extra 50 credits either though custimizing or 2 reactions.
it is likely custom to your pet just like delivery and retrieval are. Mine does not have mail, I could not find a reason to get it with delivery and retrieval.
