If you mean ruins as in the regular orcs, then 21-30 is fine. The troopers on the lower level, though, could be placed in the 50-60 range.

I agree with Stage 3 being unnecessary with the way Domoths are now. Stage 1 is Demi+ fighting, Stage 2 is for everyone, Stage 3 is...PvE? Not exactly thrilling.

Quests abilities are fine, but not if it's a 4-hour quest that you have (have, because the ability in question has pretty notable combat impact) to do every 12ish days.

I don't think the admins wrote up Draumaturgy between the writing of this thread and the release (hence, I don't think Draumaturgy was released specifically to spite wiccans).
