You're right it's not and I indeed have considered that. I think the craziest time for aeldra was while she was in celest, allying herself with Marcella against the dream gods and exploring a lot of dark places that were rather scary ( while being constantly afraid of Marcella ). Bascially, reylari suggested the right way to go about this, I'll suggest some modifications, though.
What I did when the old healing was still a thing and m&m didn't cure as fast as I wanted it for bashing etc, I did the following:+1 for guard cat. I've seen a cat defeat a german shepherd with two disinterested claw strokes, ending the dog needing treatment and the cat not being the slighest bit even moved. I'm not sure a real fight would go, but I would never underestimate a…yep, apart of the fact you only had 5 seconds of sleep before it kicks in, so instead of a nights rest... you get the idea. I think the better idea would be wtb supramortal irl. Eat and drink when you want and bye sleep.
