They do count. They just do not count for more than one. So if you buff a scholar to be worth four scholars when turned in on CULTURE, it is still just one follower for the daily tick. (View Post)2 -

I honestly feel like the biggest issue is for US players; if you log on 2-3 hours before the weave and off 2-3 hours after the weave, you're pretty much crammed into competing for resources with ever… (View Post)2 -
