Slowly but surely, the final phase of my great move across the US is coming to a close. Which means, everything I have been putting off from Lusternia can finally get done again.
So what you're saying is. You're going to buckle down and make the Magnolia quest coolest yet somehow most not-tedious best thing ever that we won't ever complain about again?
I think growing a new hand would be higher priority.

That may be one of the projects, yes.

Whipping up some chickpea curry, because it's Friday and I can.

Potentially also dancing in the kitchen to all of the music in my underoos, because it's Friday and I can. The neighbours must love me.

Last year for my birthday, my half-brothers opened a GamePro account in my name, so I'd technically get a present and they could use the discount. Went in and got it checked today, and apparently they used it a fuck tonne, because I had $70 worth of points on it. Ended up getting Iosen a $50.00 gift card for his birthday! Nice to have things to give people.

My all time favorite customers (you know, the ones who just give me a [usually nerdy, always awesome] theme for their cakes and let me surprise them) have chosen Parks & Recreation as their theme this time around! Open to suggestions!
    I used to make cakes.

Unrelated rave: I don't normally get all that pumped for Labor Day and cookouts in general, but this year I got an outrageous deal on some ordinarily outrageously overpriced high quality meat, and I've got red onions pickling in the fridge, and I've got grapefruit marmalade and black bean burgers and sriracha mustard and I AM READY TO FEAST.

My job posted a contest whereas we were asked to design a t-shirt for our parent company's team in a Susan G. Komen marathon. Guess who won first place and an 50$ Chili's gift card?

I guess my Lusternian designing has paid off.
Everiine said: The reason population is low isn't because there are too many orgs. It's because so many facets of the game are outright broken and protected by those who benefit from it being that way. An overabundance of gimmicks (including game-breaking ones), artifacts that destroy any concept of balance, blatant pay-to-win features, and an obsession with convenience that makes few things actually worthwhile all contribute to the game's sad decline.

With how much I've been working lately, I decided to spoil myself and get one of these cute little buggers (I'm so weak willed *whimper*)

EDIT: uploading an 'unboxing' video since I've never done one before >_>

  • After a really bad day it's nice to have friends to take care of the frowns and turn them upside down.
The apple is cold, crisp, and sour as the juices fill your mouth. As you consume the fruit, you glimpse, for a moment, a massive, shadowy figure, Her snow-white hair framing a perfect, icy-eyed visage. Beneath you, a vast, perfect web of silken strands lies - and, for a moment, you realize that you too are part of it, weaver and strand both - and home.

Bought a bigger desk for at home. A much bigger desk. Wife and I put it together. My monitor is so far away now... but it's a nice big desk!
Everiine is a man, and is very manly. This MAN before you is so manly you might as well just gender bend right now, cause he's the manliest man that you ever did see. His manly shape has spurned many women and girlyer men to boughs of fainting. He stands before you in a manly manerific typical man-like outfit which is covered in his manly motto: "I am a man!"

Been hitting the gym consistently for the last three weeks. Averaging 3 days, aiming for better this week. Between that and fixing my eating, down four pounds (1.81kg for you metric lovers.... Commies) so far. It'll be a long process (spend five years getting out of shape, gonna take time to get back in) and I know weight doesn't keep coming off that nicely, but it's really affirming to see progress early on.

  • I got more of my book done for the Daughters of Crow today. It's really nice to have people about who know more about lore than I do. @Emar @Xenthos
