Does House honour loss for not being active enough occur at the end of each year? And how much do you have to do? Housestatus keeps saying we've done 0%.

Yes, it occurs at the end of each year. You need to gain about 100 family honour per in-game month to avoid honour decay.7

Remember, the more honour you have, the less honour you gain per tic. Right now, it takes about 3-4 bashing/offering tics for Stormcrow to gain 10%. At this point, I'm finding it really hard to care or be motivated when I'm the one doing the majority of it. Depending on the size of your family and how actively people gain honour, it's bound to get a lot more difficult with time. Take that into account too.
