Adding to the chorus of all the above, especially the ((((
That said, and because Iosai commands us all to be happy and Her Order must provide:
The single most brilliant thing about Iosai is what she's represented - real, tangible discourse between players and admin. Got a suggestion? Iosai will put it right in. Bam, instant recognition of feedback. So the most awesome thing is not just all of the stuff that Iosai has done for us - it's the really big shift towards this sort of clear link, the breaking down of the walls between us and them.
I don't think it can possibly be overestimated just how important this is. No, the game isn't perfect - it's never going to be, nothing is. But what we have now, what we've been moving towards and what - for me, at least - Iosai personified is this brave new world where we are all enjoying the game together, come what may.
We will miss Iosai so much. But what she's left us is a legacy, an example that we can turn into even more awesome with current and future projects - from the combat overhaul to community building things like CAH and beyond. That is how we really make the Order of Iosai
The amount of hours that sum up time spent coding, giving an insight and explanation to "how do they work?" on various mechanics, working to fix bugs and improve the quality of life with little things (but oh so awesome things) and the constantly friendly discussion and banter that goes with it all every day, can't be measured on paper alone. Because with that level of dedicated service has been an enthusiastic, engaging person, who as Tacita said, bridges the divide between players and admin. Every issue gets explored, and feedback gathered, no matter how much we break stuff to the point to where it'd be easier to just delete that person's account.
Wait a minute...
:-O
You will be missed a great deal, and I hope in some form or other you can stay in touch when your new job gives you the time to drop by. I wish you nothing but the best of luck going forwards, and I'm quietly confident you'll be taking your special brand of awesome with you, and being just as appreciated as you have been here by your future peers.

Morkarion, you are the Bringer of Death indeed."

Wait, wrong fantasy.
We'll miss you deeply!
Everiine said: The reason population is low isn't because there are too many orgs. It's because so many facets of the game are outright broken and protected by those who benefit from it being that way. An overabundance of gimmicks (including game-breaking ones), artifacts that destroy any concept of balance, blatant pay-to-win features, and an obsession with convenience that makes few things actually worthwhile all contribute to the game's sad decline.
There was a time when I had a simple question I needed answered that I didn't really want to broadcast over newbie and alert my enemies to my sneakiness - there was a tumbleweed party in the city and all my friends had conveniently gone to bed. What could I do? Then I remembered - I had heard rumours, whispers of rumours, about an all-knowing, generally benevolent presence. Furtively I looked around myself, then summoning my courage I whispered a single word, a name; Iosai. I had barely allowed myself to believe it would work when lo and behold! A suspicious eye was turned upon me and while I did quail with fear, I spoke my question, and the omniscient being did magnanimously give the answer unto me. Joy and relief and new knowledge flooded me as the anomaly known as Iosai departed from me, and I knew I had been blessed, that this presence was a treasure we would not want to lose.
Iosai, you're a treasure. You will be sorely missed.
Again, same as everyone else, sorry to hear that you have to leave, you will be missed, but wishing you all the best of luck with your new endeavours, hoping everything works out well in this new job
Never put passion before principle. Even if you win, you lose.

Iosai. Thank you. You were personable as you were technically savvy. Your coding imprint and change to envoy culture (in addition to the way in which updates are communicated) will make lasting contributions for years to come.
You take care in your new job. I'd wish you luck, but all the great stuff you've shown us here in Lusternia suggests you don't need any. You've got the skills to make it big.
Everyone is a genius. But if you judge a fish on its ability to climb a tree, it will live its whole life believing that it is stupid.
Congratulation and good luck with your new job, Iosai! You've been amazing for Lusternia, and we'll miss you deeply. Thank you so much for all your hard work coding, responding to players, and improving the game in ways both big and small.
You have received a new honour! Congratulations! On this day, you have shown your willingness to ensure a bug-free Lusternia for everyone to enjoy. The face of Iosai the Anomaly unfolds before you, and within you grows the knowledge that you have earned the elusive and rare honour of membership in Her Order. I've been very scarse lately, long story...so I just wanted to take the time to thank you for all you've contributed to the game, and what fun you've been when we've interacted. I know you did a lot behind the scenes, especially as one of the anomolies. I know the call of life that has happened to so many volunteers has called you, and I wish you luck in your new endeavors. I'll try to drop in this week to say goodbye if I can.
Thank you, everyone, for your kind words. I'm very sad to be going, and I'll miss you all a great deal. In my new line of work, I don't think I'll often deal with people as pleasant and co-operative as you all, so I will keep fond memories of the last two years as a protective shield and as a reminder that people like you do exist.
It's very hard for me to write here because I am completely devastated with Iosai's departure. As everyone must know, we've relied on Iosai for a lot and the loss will be keenly felt. However, I know Iosai is following a dream and wish all the luck in the world to this remarkable and talented person.
