We had plans on doing things with it that got waylaid for a variety of reasons (personal stuff; work for other projects; the draining state of the world; etc.), but it is nice to do this slow, enjoyable bit of rebuilding a part of Celest. I am excited to see if and how others can contribute!

I'm being told that some people are catching OOC flack for not inviting people to game night, which is really frustrating. I want to put out there that although Faythe ran the event, it was was hosted in Hallifax by Zitto, who had effective control of the guest list. Initially, that list read: "Maylea's Order, Myeras Family, Citizens of Hallifax" and that was the end of the list. Anyone else walked into the party on their own initiative, which is not to say there were by any means unwelcome, but their presence should not be taken as some kind of snub of groups that were not represented. Please, and I cannot emphasize this enough, do not give anyone but me, IC or OOC, grief about invitations to the party.

Failed epic quest, hack Ikea furniture (without digital calipers, don't do it), but raving for completed normal quest, have loft bed!
The proximity to the window makes it like an extension for my cat's tree. That is the main thing that got me through this.
I hit my head underneath repeatedly while putting it together (why so tall). When I sit up on the mattress I have one-inch ceiling clearance (yay for being short)! This loft bed's gonna give me the opposite complex that my character has.
Next chapter: Taking recommendations for standing desk.
