Not really a superstition, I don't think, but Lief believes Maylea is always 100% with her literally. Maybe not in a way that she can understand as a mortal, but she believes if she were ever in _real_ danger, Maylea would pop out fully and nope the danger away.
And that's why she won't touch the bindi except in prayer or the very worst of situations. She wouldn't want whatever vague sense of Maylea that is always with her to fully manifest when there isn't any ACTUAL danger or dire need.
(And that's why she tells people not to touch her bindi too! It comes up way more often that you'd think.)

My Magnagoran believes, like many Magnagorans, that the Fates are traitorous creatures who betrayed Magnagora's trust during the events of Project Cosmic Hope. She also doesn't like that Magnagora uses organic bats (however skeletonized) as their method of post, given bats' association with Viravain and thus, the Wyrd. #MechanicalBatsClub

Curses! Not, like, those regular karma curses, or the extra spicy god curses, but, like curses. They're everywhere. Stuff just gets broken around me a lot because of the curses, and I keep finding myself standing next to or in front of Angry Gods. Oh, and even my booze hates me some days. So, yeah. Cursed.

Gurashi isn't superstitious just a little stitious.
They think if you look at your reflection while you shapeshift between races, you will be trapped in that form forever (so always shut their eyes when they change).

- I giggle every time I get hit with the "What do you wish to fire up?" line when my bashing trigger misses because of an affliction.
- Yo, this question. I've been around for (14?) years now. Its kind of my outlet for being creative in a world who doesn't allow me to outside of the game. So yes, I've gown (a lot I hope). Evette started as a derpy elfen wandering around the mountains getting killed by moose. Couldn't care less about leadership, combat, or what it meant to really belong to/serve the Wyrd. Look at her go now. As stressful as managing everything can be, I'm kinda proud at where she's ended up and how far shes come.
- So funny story, I joked with a player about switching with them a few months back. As much as Evette loves hunting and all the blood ritual stuffs, she would have better fit to a slightly more silent divine.
- My cauldron I designed but cannot get My Stole. It was a 2 am idea that I got the week the auctions were taking place, and I wrote it within an hour. I wanted to assert some differences between who she is compared to most of the pack and boy oh boy, do I have a direction I want to take it.
Edit: I don't think I'll ever spell everything right the first time around.

Not on Luce, but I've been mistaken for an NPC several times. Mostly during the Kongregate era.
I try to put actual thought and personality into most of my characters. Casilu once said of me to someone who didn't know me that my forte in game was having a bunch of high-quality alts, and that's not a terrible description. Most of them are meant to be bit players, also-rans, or to scratch an itch or see if/how things have changed in <org>. That said, sometimes those personalities take on a life of their own, like when Syridean discovered he liked cross-dressing, and proceeded to design several gowns for himself while insisting that no, he wasn't a girl or a sister or a woman, he just liked feeling pretty, or that crazy dream I had where Luce was insane enough to contest for Chairman so an election could start, then won a second term after ghosting from burnout.

1. In the Serenwilde Power quest for bringing fae from Faethorn, after you brought them into EtherSeren, they would just hang around there, and if you greeted them again they would say "You dropped me! How could you!" and climb back up to your arms. If you give the fae again to Luna, you get a funny dialogue there too.
2. I've been playing for 2 years and this character started out as a throwaway character to just check out the game as a far more innocent and pure-at-heart character. Mischievous, sure. but with good intentions. Somewhere along the line she started becoming more amoral and darker-than-she-seems.
3. Hmm I could imagine her going full in towards the amoral side in Magnagora, or an oddball in Hallifax trying her hardest to fit in and failing.
