I think part of my answer is alluded to in the question! I am ambivalent to visibility. @Eritheyl mentioned in the other thread about imagining the onslaught of player interest and excitement when you go visible, and from my experience, that isn't really the case. At most I get a couple "Hail Lady" on CT or on OT, but that's about it. I've never really been a fan of the kind of god-player RP where I suddenly appear or interact with them; I feel like I need a reason to do that, and honestly, I have very few reasons.

And I think part of that is because there isn't a lot of initiative (on my end and player ends) for RP. I have been noticing that a lot of engagement with Terentia is "service," which is to say, people "want to serve" Terentia, but never give any indication on what exactly that service looks like. It isn't clear what they want to do, so I am not sure what I want to do. Something that I think is slowly being named, at least amongst Terentia's followers, is that Terentia favors boldness. I take that to mean that I don't want players or followers to wait for Terentia to give them a task, I want them to start thinking: oh, what can I do? What am I good at and can provide? I want players to feel like they can just do whatever they want (of course, within the sort of boundaries of Terentia's ethos), and that I can try to do my best to help with that. 

In which case, does it bother me when mortals show up to ask inane questions? Not really. I don't entirely know how useful it is for either of us to entertain them; does learning whether or not Terentia likes fishing really help you know anything more about Terentia? I don't think so. But I do think it opens up the possibility of the kind of stop-in-your-tracks questioning like @Aonia mentioned above: someone might ask a question that is very core to the character. I will say, I think of Terentia as a TTRPG GM might. I have scattered notes and general ideas about things, but I don't really have 100% solid stories or answers. So you could ask Terentia about Her relationship to Meridian, for example, and I can sort of talk around it, but I may not have yet fully written out stories between her and him (and this is more just my slowness in doing that kind of work--some of my colleagues in the Havens can easily draw out complex stories or scenes with gods and histories very fast!). 

This might have been a long-winded answer, but I hope it helps. @Lantra and I joke that Celest admin become, much to our chagrin, verbose writers. We blame Eventru. 

I've mentioned this elsewhere, but the only thing I ever find 'bothersome' about questions is when people interact (prayer, speaking in fulcrux, etc) but don't actually say what they want. E.g. praying 'I need to speak to You, my Lady'. Most people who have interacted with Czixi will know that she won't actually respond unless you tell Her what you want.

This is even more significant now that I'm online as Czixi much less, so tend to be responding to things belatedly rather than at the time - if your prayer doesn't say what it's about, I don't know how much time I need to make for you, which makes it much harder for me to get back to you IC or to have the flexibility to make that response cool.

In terms of physically appearing/not - it's very rare that Czixi appears in person, and this is a deliberate choice. It has more power if it's not used as frequently! There are rules about when I will and won't use it, but that would be telling.

I've never been asked a question I didn't have an answer for, but I have absolutely been surprised by questions. The one that comes immediately to mind is from years ago now, when @Tirah asked Czixi whether she opposed the Traitors or not. It was surprising not just because it came quite out of the blue, but also because it came from someone who I hadn't expected to have the courage to ask such a hard question. Tirah was the first person to ever ask it, in fact, and remains the only person to have ever asked that directly.

6)for the record, if you are shy, just jump into an NPC. Some of my fondest/funnest memories aren't about any thing big in the greater Scheme of Things. But are when a denizen was possessed. 

Like, I remember Rowena pulling me aside and congratulating me on working on the epic quest, since I was a descendant of her she was impressed even though I wasn't formally a Nightshade at that time.

Another time, one of the shadowdancer guards, hags? I think, tried to seduce me into becoming a shadowdancer. It didn't work, but it was very cool.

1. To Orn specifically, I'd tell him I miss him crazy lots and I wish he could come around to hang out with Crumkane. They'd get along spectacularly!

2. Everything. As much as I love the idea of the freedoms that we get with the new guild setup, the "guild" identity has largely been lost to me. Maybe it's a grass-is-always-greener type situation, or maybe I'm just jaded after having been through the ringer with guild leadership time and time and time again, but the current incarnation is rather just social clubs that have no substance in my opinion. Could also be a Gaudi-exclusive thing!

3. I do enjoy the customisation that comes with paths, when used to its full potential.

4. The loss of Gaudiguch's old guilds seems to have been really half-baked and unexplored. I know @Viravain and the rest of the Glom crew built their event up into something really provocative and lore-heavy, but Gaudiguch...the pyramids just blew up. As far as I know, both as a player and a character, this was never really brought to a climax. It happened, we moved on, the end.

5. Elder-wise, I've always wanted to learn more about Sun's dad, Rahm. Vernal-wise, Tzaraziko. Hands-down. The mystery of their origin, the awesome lucidian v. dracnari but also lucidian dracnari stuff, everything about Tzaraziko is cool to me. In terms of mortals, I don't have a specific list. Give me anyone with records to consume or a brain to pick, I'll latch on happily.

6. Visibility is #1 #2 in my book. The unfortunate truth is that when a god goes visible, everyone and their uncle makes a mad dash to the fulcrux to throw out all sorts of 'pick me' vibes, which is a double-edged sword. Having played an administrative and RP-focused god role in other games, I know how it can be to have people flocking to you both to give and receive attention, so I definitely don't envy our volunteers - I bet it's exhausting to say the least! However, even having a god just sneak in quietly to say hello and check in on the order channels is a blessing. I love knowing my deity is around and thinking about us, even if they're swamped with work behind the curtain. We want to kick that love and appreciation right back at you!

Edit: remember how you said there's a distinction between visibility and activity? Yeah, I blurred that line heavily in my answer anyways. I feel mostly the same as everyone else here - activity trumps visibility, but that isn't to say that visibility (even half-visibility, as in you KNOW which god you're dealing with, through certain mobs or very nuanced echoes) is supremely lesser. I like a good balance of both, but seeing my god specifically makes the whole day, if not the week.

Also echoing @Sapphira, I will go on about the smallest RP interaction for days. You just can't beat that stuff, no matter how insignificant or lacking gravitas. We lead very tedious and repetitive lives as tiny mortals, it doesn't take a whole lot to impress us!

1.  N/A
2.  I can't help but feel like there was probably a lot of roleplay and class development that got lost from the old guilds. Are there lots of Nihilist or Geomancer books about their brands of faith that were essentially lost with the conversion? I wasn't in them but it feels like that must have been the case.
3.  I think the guilds have a lot of potential to add new layers of depth and roleplay.  I feel like there's some work that needs to be done still to develop it though.
4.  Ghani's flunkies. Nirena, Melothi, Moana, and Sirsia are still languishing away in Mag's prison waiting for something to happen to them. (Sirsia as a Society scientist would be perfect! Melothi made undead plz.)
5.  More d'Vanecu history! Still don't know yet what race they were pretaint, or what sort of form their spirituality was before the taint. Were they Light worshippers? Fatalists?
6.  Visibility now and then is nice, but I definitely prefer activity.  If an admin feels more comfortable interacting through NPC's instead of their godrole I don't mind that at all, and as some mentioned even if its the same admin player controlling the role, NPC's can feel more approachable for players. I can imagine for admin with more intense roles its less pressure on them and might be more enjoyable for the admin too.  As a side note, I actually thought this was an interesting question to see admin to ask phrased the way it was.  There's definitely a subset of players that feel like they might be missing out on roleplay because they don't always advertise it as loudly as some who get a lot of attention do.

I don't know that I have anything In Character to say to people who no longer play (though there are some I wish I could have met that I never will), so 1 is a bust for me but:

2. The old guilds had a much greater sense of identity, I feel, and you were surrounded by people who had similar interests and skills to you, which I feel gets lost in a lot of the new guilds due to either a lack of adequate player leadership early on or possibly a scattered identity as a whole.

3. I love the task system, and I love the fact that the new guilds are a melting pot of characters with different skills and focuses; it does make for a richer experience, even if I miss the camaraderie and focus of older guilds.

4. Ashtariel. We loved Her a lot, and it was such a quick end to such a beautiful character that I still struggle to wrap my head around properly.

5. Emperor Ladantine. Does he have a first name? What was his relationship with Marilynth like prior to him becoming a Tainted monstrosity? Who did he have Marilynth with? I've found some of Sinenth's diary pages, but never know where to find more so my questions are unanswered. WOE. WOE. (Also several Elder Gods, admittedly.)

6. Visibility is not important to me, especially because I know it can be hard to interact with mortals as an Elder God and maybe you'd rather interact with mortals as mortal NPCs to be sort of on the "same level" socially. I've had great RP with Divine who've liked to be around physically a lot (Ein, Manteekan), but I have equally great experiences with Raezon, who is not a Divine I would say is "visible" a lot; nevertheless, I feel His presence is just as valuable even if it's done through OT or merely random emits stalking Vexacion's mind.

As an addendum to 6, I have had wonderful experiences having RP with NPCs in Celest, such as Ariana the (awesome) architect and getting to meet Lantra's kepheran princess. To me, as a player, I would rather the Divine who interact with me are doing it in a manner that makes them comfortable, and if that means 95% of the interactions are done through non-Divine NPCs, then I am happy to just be getting RP at all. (I may not have answered this question correctly, but yes.)
